A national website for Fix Auto Collision New Zealand, live in four weeks
We took Fix Auto Collision New Zealand from a section of a global website to its own national site, with a local page for every workshop written from the owners' own words.

Fix Auto Collision New Zealand
Fix Auto Collision New Zealand is a network of Kiwi owned and operated collision repair workshops, part of the global Fix Network of approximately 900 locations in 10 countries.
A Global Website Section That Didn't Feel Local
Fix Auto Collision arrived in New Zealand in 2025, but its only web presence was a section of the global Fix Auto site. Locked templates meant every new franchisee waited for a page, every location looked the same with stock imagery, and nothing reflected a network of Kiwi owned and operated workshops. Most visitors arrive just after an accident and need clear next steps, and the growing network needed local pages that Google and AI tools would actually cite.
A National Website Built Around Local Workshops
We built the site around three goals agreed at kick-off: convert visitors in a stressful moment, pair local identity with global credibility, and create a structure that scales. We designed the location pages first, because they matter most for local search and for the franchisees, then built the rest of the site around them.
• Local pages for every workshop: Each workshop has its own page, written from interviews with the owners, with hours, services, areas served, location FAQs and an estimate form that goes straight to that workshop.
• Photo and video in three cities: Our video team photographed and filmed the owners, staff and workshops in Auckland, Hamilton and Palmerston North, including "meet the owner" videos for the location pages.
• Get an estimate: Customers upload photos of the damage, choose a location and say whether it's insurance or private. Each request is emailed straight to the chosen workshop.
• Accident assistance: A calm, step-by-step guide to what to do after a crash and how to involve your insurer, written for people who have just had an accident.
• A refreshed New Zealand brand: Brand navy, red and yellow with the logo's arrows as accents, real owners in their own workshops instead of stock photos, and the line "Locally owned. Globally backed."
• Local search and AI answers: Structured data on every page, location FAQs written to be quoted by Google and AI tools, and every Google Business Profile pointed at its own location page.
• Built to scale: A reusable location template lets a new franchisee go live within days of joining.
We also refreshed the franchisee brochure with New Zealand workshop photos and network figures matched to the website, so print and online tell the same story.
A National Website, Live in Four Weeks
From the 30 September kick-off to going live at fixauto.co.nz on 27 October 2026, the site took four weeks and was signed off with only minor tweaks. Every Fix Auto Collision workshop in New Zealand now has its own page, owner story and estimate form, and estimate requests, job applications and franchise enquiries each go straight to the right inbox. Every workshop's Google Business Profile now points to its own location page, and new franchisees can go live within days of joining.
