Facebook and Instagram Ads
Your customers are already scrolling. We build and run Meta campaigns that turn attention into enquiries, bookings and sales, and show you exactly what your budget produced.

Meta ads services built around results
Strategy, creative, campaign management and reporting come as one service, set up around the outcome you need: leads, bookings or sales.
Lead generation: enquiries and bookings
Campaigns built to bring in enquiries, quotes and bookings through instant forms, Messenger or your own website, with every lead tracked back to the ad. The Face secured over 80 bookings in its first three weeks.
See The Face case study →Sales campaigns: turn scrollers into buyers
For online stores and special offers, we build catalogue and sales campaigns that put the right products in front of the right people, measured on sales and return on ad spend.
Talk to us about e-commerce →Video and creative that stops the scroll
Our in-house team writes, designs and films ads that look like they belong in your feed and sound like your business. Car Money’s video campaign reached 3.2 million views.
See our video and photography →Remarketing: bring back the ones who almost bought
Most people don’t buy the first time. Remarketing puts you back in front of people who visited your site, watched your videos or engaged with your page, so you stay front of mind.
Pair it with Google Ads →Meta ads results for our clients

$55K+ in tracked in-venue sales from one campaign
A Facebook ad campaign and automated Birthday Bot offered a free pizza in people’s birthday month, matched every redemption to in-bar sales and made Kaiser a go-to spot for celebrations.
3.2 million video views in a competitive market
Previous Google Ads hadn’t worked and buyers were cautious. Human, transparent video ads on Facebook built trust and brought in a surge of leads, especially for ute finance.
80+ bookings in the first three weeks
We built The Face from the ground up, then launched with targeted Facebook and Google ads to create hype, drive traffic and fill the booking calendar from day one.
Straight up about your account and your money
No hidden spend and no account held hostage. You stay in control of your Meta ads from day one.
You own your ad account and page
Your Meta Business account, ad account, page, pixel and data are in your name, and you keep full admin access the whole time. We’re added as a partner, so if you ever move on, everything we’ve built stays with you.
Your ad spend goes straight to Meta
Meta charges your card directly, so you can see exactly what’s being spent at any time. We never hold or spend your ad budget for you.
A separate, clear management fee
Our fee for strategy, management and reporting is separate from your ad spend, so you always know what you’re paying us and what you’re paying Meta.

What’s the difference between Meta ads and Google Ads?
Google Ads reach people actively searching for what you sell, so intent is high but you’re limited to existing demand. Meta ads reach people based on who they are and what they’re interested in, so you can create demand that doesn’t exist yet.
Most businesses benefit from both: Google for the searches worth paying for, and Meta for building awareness and bringing people back.
How much should I spend on Meta ads?
Enough for Meta’s system to learn. Campaigns need a certain number of results before Meta can find the people most likely to convert.
We’d rather run one properly funded campaign than three underfunded ones, and we’ll recommend a budget based on your goals and what a customer is worth to you.
Do Facebook and Instagram ads still work?
Yes, but differently than a few years ago. Since Apple’s privacy changes, Meta’s own algorithm does more of the targeting.
That means creative quality and accurate conversion tracking matter more than clever audience settings.
How long before I see results?
Meta campaigns usually need two to four weeks to move out of the learning phase and settle.
You’ll see data straight away, but early numbers can be misleading. Judging a campaign in its first week often means switching off something that was about to work.
Why did my Facebook ads stop working?
Usually it’s creative fatigue: your audience has seen the same ad too many times and stopped noticing it.
Other common causes are broken tracking, audiences that are too small or seasonal changes in demand. It’s rarely one big problem, and usually several small ones adding up.
How do you measure whether Meta ads are working?
We track enquiries, bookings and sales, and what each one costs, rather than reach or likes.
Where the sale happens offline, we set up the closest thing we can measure, like calls, form fills or booking confirmations, and tell you upfront if something can’t be tracked.
Can Meta ads work for trades or B2B businesses?
Yes, though the goal is different. Nobody scrolls Facebook looking for a commercial electrician, so the aim is to be the name people remember when they need you.
For trades selling to homeowners it works particularly well, because your customers are on the platform and your service area is easy to target.
Should I boost posts or run proper ads?
Boosting is quick, but it gives you very little control over who sees your post or what they do next.
Ads built in Ads Manager let you choose the right objective, audience, placement and creative, and track the results, so your budget works much harder.
Facebook or Instagram: which is better for my business?
It depends on your audience. Instagram tends to suit younger, visual audiences, while Facebook reaches a broader age range and works well for local businesses.
Most campaigns run across both, and Meta shifts budget to wherever your ads perform best.
What kind of creative works best on Meta?
Short videos and images that feel native to the feed, with real people, real products and a clear message in the first few seconds.
Polished stock imagery usually underperforms. We test different angles and formats to find what your audience responds to.
Do you create the ads for me?
Yes. Our in-house team writes and designs the ads, and we can come on site to film and photograph your business, team and products.
We also refresh the creative regularly, because even the best ad wears out once your audience has seen it a few times.
What will I see in your reporting?
Every week you’ll get a plain-English update on what we spent, what it produced and what we changed.
You’ll also get monthly reporting and a quarterly business review, so you always know whether your budget is working and where it should go next.
Can you work with my existing ad account?
Yes. We start with an audit of your current account, pixel and campaigns to see what’s working, what’s wasting money and whether your tracking is accurate.
We keep what’s performing, fix what isn’t and build on your account’s history rather than starting from scratch.
Do I own my Meta ad account?
Yes. Your Business account, ad account, page, pixel and data are in your name from day one.
If you ever decide to move on, everything we’ve built stays with you, including all your history and audiences.
How do your fees work?
Our management fee covers strategy, campaign management and reporting, and it’s separate from your ad spend.
Your ad spend goes straight from your card to Meta, so you can always see exactly what’s being spent. We never hold your ad budget.
Do you run ads on Messenger, Stories and Reels?
Yes. Meta ads can appear across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Stories and Reels, and we make creative sized for each placement.
We usually let Meta place ads where they perform best, then adjust if a placement isn’t pulling its weight.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Facebook page, Instagram account and Meta Business account if you have them, or we’ll help you set them up in your name.
We’ll also want to know what a customer is worth to you and what you want more of. We cover all of this in your first strategy call, so there’s very little homework.
Will AI change Meta advertising?
It already has. Meta uses AI to decide who sees your ads and to test creative variations, which makes strong creative and clean data more important than ever.
It also means your business needs to be easy to find and trust everywhere people look, including AI search tools like ChatGPT.
To see where you stand, take our free DIVE Scorecard. It comes with a complimentary 15-minute chat with Scott to talk through your results. If you want to go one step further, book a Deep Dive, where we go through your results in detail and give you a clear game plan.
Do you run Meta ads for online stores?
Yes. We set up catalogue and sales campaigns, connect your product catalogue and make sure purchases are tracked accurately.
We report on return on ad spend and profit, not just revenue, so you know which products and campaigns are actually making you money.
Do you work with businesses outside Canterbury?
Yes, we work with businesses all across New Zealand.
Our team is based in Christchurch, and we run Meta ads for businesses all over New Zealand. Strategy calls and reporting happen over video, and we can travel for on-site photo and video shoots.
Are you a Meta Business Partner?
Yes. Digital Influence is a Meta Business Partner.
That means Meta recognises our team for our experience running Facebook and Instagram ads, and we have access to Meta’s partner support and training. For you, it means your campaigns are run by people who keep up with the platform as it changes.
What is the Conversions API?
It’s a way of sending your enquiries and sales to Meta directly from your website, not just through the browser.
Ad blockers, privacy settings and iPhone tracking limits stop the Meta Pixel from seeing some results. The Conversions API fills those gaps, so Meta reports more of your real results and gets better at finding people likely to buy. We set it up alongside your Pixel as part of your tracking.
Why do Meta and Google Analytics show different numbers?
They count results in different ways, so the numbers will rarely match.
Meta counts a sale if someone saw or clicked your ad within a set time beforehand, even if they came back through Google later. Google Analytics usually gives the credit to the last place someone came from. Neither is wrong, but Meta’s own figures tend to look generous, so we check both against your actual enquiries and sales and report on what really came in.
